kernel は正しく読み込めていますが initrd が見つからないようですね。
もし 3.2 の /boot の中に initrd-2.4.31-0vl8.img というファイルが
見当たらなければ、initrd の行は削除してもいいと思います。
もしあったら、initrd の行を
 	initrd /boot/initrd-2.4.31-0vl8.img
と書き換えればうまくいくと思います。
