宮脇です。お世話になります。 現在、vine4.2（2.6.16-0vl76.33）を使っています。vineのサポートする sylpheedは 2.2.10ですが、これを最新版の2.4.8にアップグレードしたいと思 い、sylpheedのオフィシャルHP（http://sylpheed.sraoss.jp/ja/）から、 sylpheed-2.4.8.tar.gz をダウンロードして、 $ tar zxvf /home/toshio/sylpheed-2.4.8.tar.gz $ cd sylpheed-2.4.8 $ su パスワード(P): #./configure すると、最後の方に checking for pkg-config... /usr/local/bin/pkg-config checking pkg-config is at least version 0.7... yes checking for GLIB - version >= 2.4.0... *** 'pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0' returned 2.4.0, but GLIB (2.12.7) *** was found! See the 'INSTALL' for help. と出て、configureできません。 どうも古いglib(2.12.7)を削除して、glib-2.0にアップグレードしろ、と言って いるようですが、synaptiでglibを削除しようとすると、依存関係にあるgnome関 係のファイルが多量に削除されるようなので、恐くてできません。 どうすれば、sylpheedを2.4.8にアップグレードできるでしょうか。
