put した perl modules パッケージで、
perl-Test-MinimumVersion, perl-Perl-MinimumVersion, perl-File-Find-Rule-Perl,
perl-Params-Util 間で BR loop が起こります。
主に %check %__make test 時に関わるもので、
一旦 rpmbuild --nodeps をいれてパッケージを作っています。
