wireshark-1.2.5-1vl5.src.rpmをリビルドすると以下のメッセージが出力され、
パッケージ作成に失敗します。（5.0でもSeedでも発生します）。

checking for bison... no
checking for byacc... no
checking for yacc... no
configure: error: I couldn't find yacc (or bison or ...); make sure it's
installed and in your path
エラー: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.10657 の不正な終了ステータス (%build)

よって、「BuildRequires:  bison」を追加する必要があります。


また、コンパイルログを見ると、configureのオプションで以下の警告が発生し
ます（「--enable-gtk2」を消すだけでいいと思いますが）。

configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-gtk2
