TeX Live 2016 から 2017 の際に collection が変更されました。
下記の「削除」に該当するパッケージをRequires しているパッケージは、
Requires: の調整が必要です。
その調整が必要なパッケージを apt-cache whatdepends コマンドで調べましたところ、
dblatex-0.3.7-1vl7のみでした。

  dblatex-0.3.7-1vl7
    Depends: texlive-collection-mathextra
  dblatex-0.3.7-1vl7
    Depends: texlive-collection-htmlxml


削除：
