こんにちは紺です

ひきつづき詳細を、長文でもうしわけありません

マシン購入後すぐに、Windows2000を入れ全て設定後、VineLinux入れましてトラブル
なくLANなど設定進み(この時点modprobe e1000も問題なく)、kernelを最新アップ
デートした再起動後の事でした

eth1: SIOCGIFFLAGS: No such device
Bringing up interface eth1: [FAILED]

と起動時に出てその後、ターミナル上でifconfig eth1 upとしても、活性化できませ
んでしたとなりLANの設定が正常にできなくなりました[vine-users:055244] を参考
にコメントアウトして再認識したりしたのですがネットには繋がらず、一度設定を全
部消して電源落として再設定したら、デバイスは認識されモジュールe1000も問題な
いように見えましたが、その後もe1000でネットワークに繋がることはありませんで
した。

再度インストールし直して、設定しようとしたときのことです
# modprobe e1000 を実行したときの結果は下記となります(* 当初はエラー出ませ

ちょっとこの辺でBIOSを少し変えては戻してとしたのがいけなかったのか
I/OアドレスかIRQなどが重複している可能性があるのでしょうか

Red Hat Linux9 ではeth1でPRO/1000は認識されてはいるものの、起動しようとする
と状況は同じでした。
e1000 device eth1 does not seem to be present, delying initialization
イーサーネットカードを初期化できませんと出ます。modprobe e1000もVine同様でし
た。
