vine2.5でDHCPサーバを構築しています。

としています。vine2.5はRH9をゲートウェイにしています。
これに最近、TurboLinux8のノートPCを接続してみました。

という風に設定してみてvine2.5をリブートしてみましたが何故か

というエラーが発生していまいます。これにはどう対処したら起動できるのでしょう
か?
(next-serverステートメントはdhcpには関係無いのですよね)
