起動時にオプション all-generic-ide をつけることで，DMA 転送を有効にす
ることが出来ました：

これで「IDE エミュレーションのまま DMA 転送を有効にする」という目標は
達成出来ました．ご回答を下さった皆様，ありがとうございました．
SATA にはなっていませんが，普段使用するにはこれで十分な気がします．
