を見るに，50 * 512 / 1024 = 25 KB しか割り当てていませんね．
50「MB」ではなく，50「ブロック」割り当てて仕舞った様ですね :)
で，多分 HFS 的にはそんな小さいパーティションサイズは認められていないので
hformat 出来ず，結果 bootstrap がちゃんとインストールされなかった，
ということでしょうかね．
