はじめまして。
私は,C1XGに Vine3.2をいれてますが,
1024x480で使えてますので,参考になればと思い,書き込みます。

Xorg.confの以下の点(行頭に「*>」とした部分)だけを書き加える
又は書き換えるだけです。
ちなみに,書き換え等の部分は,3.1でも同じです。
