ATAPIはscsibusが[ 1 ]として認識されるようです。で、
この情報を元に以下のようにすると、
# cdrecord -v dev=ATAPI:1,0,0 driveropts=burnproof speed=4 blank=fast Accelerated-KNX_20060228.iso
書き込みが出来ました。
