SMPカーネルなので、早川さんのマシンとは異なってしまい、
参考になるかわかりませんが、私の環境の dmesg と hdparam -i です。

HDD は ibm 日立の 60G で、広く販売されているものです。
CPU は、Pentium3S を 2つ利用しています。
MB は、RioWorks の TD-VIA /wo と 古めのマザーです。
