としたら鳴るようになりました！
今までは二行目がなくても鳴っていたので不思議です。
lspciの出力は以下のようになっています。

やはりI/O portsの表示はないのですが、今はマウスやPCカードを外した状態
なので、これらをつけてまた状況が変わったら困るなあと思っています。
